Family services are independently retained by the resident or family and do not make Care Reliability Partners an employee, agent, surveyor, or representative of the facility.

Authorization
Record review and facility access require valid authorization and remain subject to applicable privacy, resident-rights, safety, and facility procedures.
Pricing and scope
Published prices are starting prices or starting ranges unless labeled fixed quote. An initial range is not a binding final quote. The engagement documents define the final scope, deliverables, price, and exit.
